Watch the existing property videos on YouTube. The spoken language varies between recordings, and a video may not be available for every listing.

Watch with your own requirements in mind

  • Follow the connections between rooms rather than judging each room separately.
  • Look at access, outside space and the relationship with neighbouring buildings.
  • Note which parts of the property are not shown.
  • Write down any detail that you would like clarified during a viewing.

Check what is current

Footage records a property at the time it was filmed. Furnishings, occupation and availability may since have changed. Match the video with the current listing and ask about any differences before making travel plans.
